Quirmex S.A. de C.V. was born in Puebla and grew from a contract-manufacturing workshop into a full manufacturer and distributor of medical devices. Today we make wound care and disposables for the Mexican market and for export — and we are proud to compete with companies far older than us on quality, service and price.
One manufacturer, the whole dressing
We convert raw cotton into absorbent cotton, then into cut gauze, sterile dressings, bandages and finished disposables — controlling the chain from fibre to sealed case. That integration is how a younger company holds its quality and its pricing.
Production follows the Mexican Pharmacopoeia and runs under an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system. Manufacturing complies with COFEPRIS Good Manufacturing Practices, and our products carry the health registrations distributors need.
We supply both the family-pharmacy and the hospital channel, and we structure export offers around documentation, packaging and lead times that international buyers can plan around.
From maquila to manufacturer
Quirmex is founded in Puebla as a contract manufacturer (maquila) of healing materials.
The company integrates backward into cotton processing and forward into distribution, launching the Quirmex brand.

Quirmex runs its operations on renewable energy from on-site solar panels, minimising the footprint of manufacturing and pairing it with responsible waste management.
